About Mary Ann  Lee

     Mary Ann Lee has built an enduring and enviable reputation of strength and stability within the industry and is consistently recognized as one of Denver’s outstanding Realtors. She prides herself on serving sellers and buyers of distinctive residential properties.

     In the 60’s, she and her husband moved to Cherry Hills Village where they raised two sons.  Her real estate career began there

and her experiences led to expertise throughout metro Denver. 

Today she specializes in substantially priced properties, both

homes and land.

     Mary Ann enjoys active affiliations within her profession and community, particularly in the areas of education of fine art and welfare, often at the Board level.

     Affiliated with The Devonshire Company since 1975, she

became a principal in 1988 and President in 1990.  In 1998 she and her three partners successfully negotiated the sale of the company

to Coldwell Banker Previews Properties. 

     Mary Ann relocated to The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek in 2007 and is very pleased to once again be associated with private ownership.
